Are you big on taking supplements? I only take magnesium because it helps with inflammation. I never used to be into any supplements at all but these seem to help.
I take supplements. An organic multi vitamin, iodine, as well as my ‘greens’. But I also treat it as the name implies. It’s a Supplement to the diet, not to take the place of eating real food. I find I feel better with these added to my diet.
